"Person who answered the phone couldn't be bothered to listen to the actual question and instead just continued to repeat herself over and over again. Making an already difficult and complicated process even more frustrating."

"Impossible to get a refund on a policy that was canceled before it went into effect. Made me pay a months premium just to start the policy, then when underwriters totally change the policy I canceled it. Had to get refunded by the Credit Card Comp, because the agency would not refund until after the policy, that was canceled, went into effect. Then State Farm billed me $25 for non payment on the policy. Multiple calls to the agency, leaving voice mails and emails without resolution, So today I spent about 45 minutes on the phone with State Farm and got the billing deleted, and hopefully all will be good. I have also requested a chage of agency form so I can find an agency that ansers the phone and responds to requests. Added 10/21/25: increased from one star to four stars. Chad has been in constant contact with me and he researched the issue I was having in detail."

As we spend many hours trying to perfect processes in our office over the 18+ years we have been in business we still strive to find holes in our processes to correct them for the future and see if we can make things right for the people that might have been impacted. We continue to refine our processes and take pride in our processes we know we can always get better. We currently have processes in place that all voice mail get returned within the hour during business hours and receive a text from us when we return voice mail and get our customers voice mail. We would like to say it is 100% perfect, but do acknowledge a voice mail might slip through from time to time. We also know the importance of cancelling policies in a timely manner and generally if a policy does fall through the cracks, our checks and balances in the system can solve the problem by using our documentation or the customer's documentation to get it corrected in a timely manner if the technology was stuck or there was a human error. I would love to take your information that you provided and look at what happened with your interaction, but I am not able to find anyone with the name of Perky in our book of business, If you would like to provide more information so we can look deeper into your particular situation we would be happy to do so. Although our processes, checks and balances should have stopped a number of the issues you are communicating to us on many levels we never want a bad experience with our customer or prospects. This is why it is so important that we are able to look more closely at your situation.
