"I was with Radtke Insurance for a little over a year when my home owners policy renewed and I did not pay attention to an Email that State farm sent me about the renewal and just figured they knew it was being paid by my mortgage company ,but they took it out of my checking account even tough my mortgage company paid it .
It TOOK ME 3 WEEKS TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND IT WAS A PAPER CHECK THEY COULD NOT EVEN PUT IT BACK THE WAY THEY TOOK IT OUT VIA WIRE TRANSFER THEY CLAIMED THEY COULD NOT SEND ME AN EMAIL TO FILL OUT A FORM TO DO A WIRE TRANSFER THEY COULD NOT JUST SEND IT BACK BUT WHEN I LEFT WITH HELP OF A GREAT EMPLOYEE BY THE NAME OF SHAWNEE RENSHAW I HAD MY REFUND IN 2 DAYS AND THEY FOUND MY EMAIL ADDRESS SENT ME THE FORM
Cannot say much for Chad cause if he was a true agent he would have done something to get to get my money back faster then 3 weeks as that was money for our 50thWEDDING ANNIVERSARY PARTY .
As I said SHAWNEE RENSHAW DID EVERYTHING SHE could to help us but her BOSS CHAD WAS USELESS"
